Many of us have dreamt about seeing our beloved icons in person, but now, thanks to Madame Tussauds, we don’t have to. There are over 21 Madame Tussauds locations worldwide, all showcasing some of Hollywood’s most exceptional stars and cultural icons.

Names like Ed Sheeran, Sofia Vergara, Jacky Chan, and Betty White have all debuted their doppelgängers at various museums, proving how hair-raising it is to meet waxworks of themselves. Luckily for us, it led to some pretty interesting photo ops. With some of these, you won’t be able to tell who’s wax and who’s the real deal.
Mirror on the Wall, Who’s the Fairest Helen Mirren of Them All?
The stunning English actress, Helen Mirren has acted in various genres of movies, from drama to Shakespeare, and from comedy to high stakes action. She is widely known for acting in films like Queen, Eye in the Sky, Red, The Good Liar, and the State of Play.

How realistic does her wax figure look? It almost looks more like Mirren in real life than she does. We absolutely love it when Helen graces our television screens with her presence and beautiful face. So, we definitely are excited about her wax figure that’s here to stay.
Looking Good, Ryan Reynolds
What’s better than one shining Ryan? Two Ryans, of course! Now we have no excuse not to recognize this funny guy as the shining star that he is! As of late, Ryan is widely praised for starring in movies such as Deadpool, The Proposal, and R.I.P.D.

After many votes from his fans, Madame Tussauds Hollywood decided it was his turn to be turned into wax. The comical actor said, “Thank you to everyone for their hard work and talent. This is surely one of the biggest birthday candles I’ve ever received.”
Alessandra Ambrosio Preserved in Her Angel Form Forever
Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is best known for being one of the faces of Victoria’s Secret, and the first spokesmodel for their PINK range that’s targeted at a younger audience. In 2012, she was listed as one of the top-earning models in the world, raking in over $6 million in a single year.

It took the sculptors and designers a whole year to create Alessandra’s wax figure. She flew out to Madame Tussauds Shanghai to unveil it in 2017, the same year she walked her last Victoria Secret Fashion Show. What better way to commemorate her runway career than by capturing her as a VS angel? Upon meeting the waxwork, she said that it was “one of the craziest days of her life.”
One Zendaya Is Not Like the Others
Actress and singer Zendaya Coleman is already a household name at only 23 years of age. Her role as Rocky Blue on the Disney sitcom Shake It Up was just the beginning. Now, she’s killing it as Rue Bennett in the HBO teen drama Euphoria. She may be at the start of her career, but she’s already had two waxworks made of her.

Can you tell which one is the real Zendaya? These eerily similar triplets may look identical but only the one in the middle is the real OG. The two waxworks are actually for different Madame Tussauds locations; San Francisco and Orlando. When she went to meet them in 2015, she kept referring to them as her twins.
Which One Is the Human Jane Lynch?
Actress Jane Lynch is famously known for her great personality and role in the hit television series, Glee. Her unforgettable character was Susan ‘Sue’ Rodham Sylvester, former cheer coach turned vice president of the United States of America. This freakishly identical replica is based on her ultimate alpha-character from the show.

Jane, the woman that makes us laugh unstoppably, approached her wax figure on stage in front of all her screaming fans and blurted out, “Holy C#@$.” She expressed how unbelievable this doll was. The beloved actress went on to say, “This is way too much and too weird. I feel like I see myself in a coffin or something. But thank you so much.”
Can the Real Alicia Keys Please Put Her Hand Up
Singer, songwriter, and actress Alicia Keys is the classically trained pianist who has achieved major commercial success. As one of the top R&B artists of the noughties who sold over 65 million records and earned 15 Grammy Awards, it’s no surprise that Madame Tussauds saw it fit to capture her in wax.

We’ve got to be honest, this one actually stumped us. One of them may have recently gotten a holiday tan but that doesn’t stop either of them looking convincingly realistic, or unrealistically beautiful. It may surprise you to know that Alicia in the green dress in the only one alive and breathing.
Ricky Martin Doubled the Fun
The “Livin’ La Vida Loca” singer struck his signature pose at the Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas. His identical figure has to be one of the most attractive candle-bodies we have seen, by far. As it turns out, Mr. Martin was extremely hands-on in the design process.

Enrique Martin Morales, better known as Ricky, helped the creative and design team, pick out his outfit and look of the figure. He later went on stage in front of his Latin Pop-loving fans and said, “It was such a wondrous experience taking part in the process. I’m truly amazed at how much effort has gone into creating this figure as authentic as possible.”
Gwen Stefani Is Chiseled to Perfection
Pop star and record producer Gwen Stefani has been through all sorts of styles over her 30-year career. She started out at the lead vocalist in No Doubt, before embarking on a hugely successful solo career in 2004. And over the years, the Grammy Award-winning star has become famous for her peroxide blonde hair and funky style.

Gwen came face to face with her identical twin at Madame Tussauds’ Las Vegas location in 2010. Displaying her incredible likeness to the waxwork, Gwen (on the right) emulated the same pose as her $300,000 sculpture. Interestingly, the artisans made the wax figure 2% larger than Gwen’s actual proportions to account for wax shrinkage that occurs in a desert climate!
We Adore you, Betty White
Betty Marion White, the Golden Girl we all love to see in action. There is something special about this lady. At just 98 years old, Betty was finally eternalized for us to enjoy for infinity. When Betty’s lovely wax doll was about to be unveiled, fans of all ages attended the event.

Both followers of her Golden Girls days as well as more recent devotees of Hot in Cleveland, crammed up against metal barricades waiting for her to take the stage. As she walked on stage addressing the audience with her trademark wit, she said, “Maybe I should stand very still, so they’ll (Madame Tussauds) think they did too much of a wonderful job.”
The Waxwork of Liu Wen Is Ten Out of Ten
Chinese model Liu Wen was heralded as “China’s first bona fide supermodel” by The New York Times. She has achieved a number of firsts, namely: becoming the first East Asian person to walk for Victoria’s Secret, Estee Lauder’s first East Asian spokesmodel, and the first East Asian to make the Forbes magazine highest-paid models list.

To add to that, she’s had all near six-feet of her immortalized in wax for Madame Tussauds Beijing. Pictured in 2017 on the right-hand side, she posed alongside her remarkable doppelganger and there was hardly a single difference between them. Her wax statue was reserved for the Fashion Wing of the museum.
Dua Lipa Is Dua-l Ipa
English pop star Dua Lipa initially looked as if she was destined to climb the ranks of fashion modeling, but the release of her debut album in 2017 changed her path completely. Today, she’s a two-time Grammy Award-winning music artist, and she’s only 24 years old.

On top of that, she’s been frozen in time by Madame Tussauds London, in the outfit she donned for her Glastonbury 2017 live performance. She attended the launch of her waxwork, telling the press, “It blows my mind. It’s pretty crazy to see it come to life. I’m hoping I can take it home with me.”
Gorgeous Tan You Have There Jimmy Fallon
Comedian, actor, and television host, James Thomas Fallon, expresses his undying love for his newly found wax-love. On that note, how could he not? He lives by the quote, “Everyone looks so much better when they smile,” and boy does his figure have a dashing pearly-white smile! When Jimmy stepped on stage to unveil his wax figure, the curtain dropped, revealing his doppelganger.

His first reaction was a large gasp, he was utterly speechless. After he found the words, he went on to say, “Oh my gosh, this is insane.” He went on to mimic his character and laughed along the way in disbelief of what he’s seeing. In the end, he and his doppelganger went on to create a lovely relationship, as displayed above.
Uno, Dos, Tres, Sofia Vergaras
Colombian American actress television Sofia Vergara has carved out an impressive career for herself, making her one of the highest-paid actresses on American TV in 2012, 2013, and 2016. But finally, in 2019 she became the single biggest earner. Most recently, she’s been serving as a judge on America’s Got Talent in 2020.

The South American actress was immortalized in not one but two waxworks at Madame Tussauds New York. In case you’re wondering, the real Sofia is in the middle. The museum claimed she was one of the most “enthusiastic participants” they ever had to model for them. We can see from her smile that she was very happy to collaborate.
Twinning it, Kelly Ripa
Television producer, actress, and talk show hostess took the concept of twinning all the way to the top. She arrived at the event to meet her double with a matching red dress and with her hair styled the same. After all, it is her double.

Though much of these wax life-like clones have been hair-raising real, this one, unfortunately, never really hit the nail on the head. However, we were happy to hear the beloved TV host say, ” I love my wax figure, I think it’s remarkable, and I see some of my family members in the wax figures face.”
Jim Parsons Takes Self Love to New Levels
Bazinga! Our four times Grammy Award winner Jim Parsons is famously known for playing the socially awkward brainiac called Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon is a germaphobic character that we all grew to love fast, and boy are we happy Madame Tussauds made him timeless.

When Jim, aka Sheldon, viewed his wax twin, he said, “Every detail on this mass of wax is incredibly accurate and precise – from the color of the eyes to the facial features. You can recognize how hard the artists and sculptors work to achieve such a realistic figure.”
Zoe Saldana, Copied and Pasted
Actress Zoe Saldana is one of the brightest in the Hollywood circuit, gaining a strong reputation on the science-fiction scene. It’s resulted in her appearing in some of the highest-grossing movies of all time, such as the Star Trek film series, Avatar, and Avengers: Endgame.

Saldana visited her likeness in wax in April 2017, at Madame Tussauds Hollywood. She went so far as to donate her baby pink Versace dress to the statue that she had previously donned at the 2015 Academy Award ceremony. Along with the master craftsmanship, it raised the value of Zoe’s waxwork to a whopping $350,000!
The Albino-fied Chris Hemsworth
Do you remember the time the mighty Thor completely insulted the mortals for merely being human? He said, and I quote, “You people are so petty and tiny.” Now, from where we’re standing Mr. Hemsworth, this applies to you too. Just ask your wax figurine!

Chris was in Los Angeles for the reveal of Marvel’s Avengers character. However, the 31-year-old actor seemed skeptical of the wax mass purporting to be his character, Thor. Do you blame him? They might have missed the mark on this one.
Kendal Jenner meet Candle Jenner
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, Kendall Jenner does look ever so dashing, okurrr? But let’s keep in mind that the 24 years old has finally reached an exceptional level of fame – she had her very own wax doll made, which now resides in Madame Tussauds Museum in London.

After meeting the authentic wax version of herself, at first, she really freaked out. Who wouldn’t? However, after the novelty wore off, it seems to be growing on her. The model went on to say that she is absolutely in love with her new figurine.
Work Out Much, Zac Efron?
Zac Efron is widely famous for acting in various Hollywood films. But his most recent films include Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile, portraying the infamous serial killer, Ted Bundy, and the much more lighthearted film, Baywatch. He was also last seen traveling the world in his Netflix docuseries Down to Earth with Zac Efron.

The American heartthrob had mixed emotions about his clay model and even went as far as to say that it frightened him. So, what would Ellen do? Fortunately, she solved the issue. She brought his bare-chested, Baywatch-mode doppelganger onto the set for him and the audience to admire. After they spent time joking around with it, the figure began to grow on him.
Someone Stole Cheryl Cole!
English TV personality, singer, and dancer Cheryl Cole rose to fame as a member of Girls Aloud, a girl pop group, which she eventually broke away from to focus on her solo career. She grew to international recognition when she became a judge on the American version of The X Factor in 2011.

We can hardly find a single difference in their faces. The real Cheryl, pictured on the left, went to see her doppelganger in 2010. She joked that she wanted her waxwork kept far away from the likes of the Simon Cowell. But she should be careful what she wishes for; her waxwork was put in the storeroom in 2019 as the museum claimed she was “no longer relevant.”
Dwayne Johnson, The Rock and The Wax
Actor, producer, and investor, Dwayne Douglas Johnson, aka The Rock, has been working with the Madame Tussauds team on not one but two new figures. One of them will take up permanent residency in London while the other will tour Asia.

When Dwayne was on a press tour, he took time out to come face-to-face with his wax figure in Beijing. He called the experience “A very cool honor.” However, we understand why he felt the need to hold back with further comments on his androgynous clone.
And the Winner for Prettiest Wax Doll Is, Heidi Klum
The breath-taking German, American model Heidi Klum is a woman of many talents. Not only was she the first German model to be a Victoria Secret model, but she is a fashion designer, television producer, author, and more. So yes, she definitely deserved a Heidi clone!

Now, let’s get down to discussing this off-the-charts wax model! This work and dedication truly paid off, we can barely tell the difference between the real Heidi and the wax one. Still, even though her wax figure is downright gorgeous, she doesn’t feel entirely the same. The model later stated, “The wax figure freaks me out.”
Selena Gomez and Her Evil Twin
Actress and singer Selena Gomez had her breakthrough when she played Mikayla on the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana back in 2007. It was obviously somewhat of an omen, as she has gone on to have huge success with her music career. In 2017, she was recognized as the Billboard Woman of the Year.

The similarity between Selena and her wax figure is just uncanny. In 2010, her freshly made waxwork was brought down to meet her on the set of Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place. Can you tell which is which? The statue, on the right, was destined to live at Madame Tussauds Washington D.C., where she would stand alongside presidential figures!
Celine Dion and René Angélil, Will Go On
Seeing double is one thing, but seeing four is a whole different ball game. Canadian singer Celine Dion is one of the many great musicians in the world, most famous for serenading us with the award-winning Titanic ballad, My Heart Will Go On. And her late, darling husband René Angélil, was a renowned music producer from Canada.

When Celine and her husband went on stage to unveil their life-like replicas, their fans had mixed emotions about the wax figures, as did we. René, on the one hand, looked so real that we couldn’t tell which one was him (He is totally twinning it with his clone). But Celine, on the other, doesn’t look like herself at all.
Parallel Universe Priyanka Chopra
Indian actress and singer Priyanka Chopra is one of the most sought-after performers in India, having entered the world of showbiz through beauty pageantry. But lately in life, she’s been enduring more intense press coverage in part due to her marriage to American singer and actor, Nick Jonas. They’re one of the cutest couples in Hollywood.

But this likeness is just scary. Attending the Madame Tussauds London reveal last year, the real Priyanka (on the left for those scratching their head) went to see the final product of their collaboration. “Working with Madame Tussauds London’s team has been so much fun. It’s incredible to think that my fans can now meet my figure in one of my favorite cities in the world,” she eagerly explained.
Ed Sheeran’s Wax Figure Looks More Like Him Than He Does
Before we discuss the wax doll, let’s talk about the English singer’s famous quotes, “There is no one in the world like you, so don’t try and be anyone else.” We agree, and because you’re that amazing, you deserve to be cloned. Now, back to his figure.

His wax body looks exactly like him – the only minor difference is the small injury he had on his nose at the time, making it easy to differentiate between the two. However, many die-hard fans felt that even though the figure was authentic, its eyes followed you around the room, which was kind of disturbing.
Taylor Swift Tries to Trick Us
Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift became a superstar when she was only a teenager and has had to learn to navigate life in the public eye throughout her younger years. She’s one of the best-selling music artists of all time and has been the recipient of numerous accolades.

Here she is in 2010 at the unveiling of her wax figure at Madame Tussauds New York. Confused at which ones which? You’re not the only one. The real Taylor on the right is trying to make it even harder than normal by turning up in the exact same outfit as her wax statue.
Which One Is Sean Combs?
Okay, let’s not lose our heads, but we have some unfortunate news. One day some fans were admiring the famous clones of their most beloved stars in New York. A clumsy human fell, pushing the figure over. Sadly, the wax mass was beheaded in the process, and the fantastic wax model of the famous P Diddy was damaged.

But before all the drama occurred, the team at Madame Tussauds did a flawless job at making the clone look so realistic and authentic. We don’t know about you, but we had to double-check to see which one was the real-life Diddy. Let’s hope there is a new wax figure in the future for him.
A “Little Baggage” Demi Lovato?
Demi once said, “It’s a big responsibility dating me. Because I come with a little bit of baggage, you know?” By that, we think she meant that there’s two of her. It seems that the now 27-year-old singer and actress, Demi Lovato, was also one of the lucky receivers of a giant ‘candle’ for her birthday when she was 24-years-old.

Candle Demi, meet Demi Lovato in the flesh! The then 24-year-old birthday girl was absolutely thrilled by the revealing of her wax clone at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood. Please tell us if we’re wrong, but the creative and design team really nailed it with this clone.
Nicolas Cage Left Speechless, We Understand Why
Actor Nicholas Kim Coppola, widely known as Nicolas Cage, is a celeb we all love to hate and hate to love. It’s a harsh and tough world out there. Nic is internationally famous for his diversity in acting; he appears in a wide range of movies across genres, over 97 to be exact.

When stars get cloned, its a big deal and for Nicolas, that day came, he finally got waxed. Nic was presented with his own wax clone at the Musée Grévin in Paris, France. But, honestly, many fans felt that it’s not that appealing. Oh well, he’s not the only star to get a lousy wax clone and he probably won’t be the last.
Laverne Cox’s Wax Doll Looks More Like Her Famous Character
This lovely actress, Laverne Cox rose to prominence after her role of Sophia Burset on the hit Netflix television series Orange Is the New Black. After that, she continued making appearances in different television series and has been scheduled to star in a few more this year, 2020.

After acting in small parts in various different television shows, Laverne eventually gained the publicity she worked so hard for and finally received a wax clone award for it! The star came face to face with her glamorous doppelganger, and even though they don’t look exactly the same, Madame Tussauds still did an excellent job!
Peter Dinklage Buddies Out with His Clone
Peter is most famously known for acting in one of the world’s most-watched television series, Game of Thrones. They say, when you play the game of thrones, you either win or die. Well, Pete, you’re still very much alive – so much so that there are two of you now. We’re not complaining.

This freakishly realistic wax figure of Peter was put on display for the first time in San Francisco. Peter said, “I couldn’t believe this was real, I haven’t told anyone about my twin but my wife. I might be going to invite my family and friends to San Francisco and freak them out.”
Mr. Mike Wax-Doll Tyson
Mike Tyson, the most exciting heavyweight boxer of the late 80s. Today, he is a household name that will be remembered forever, regardless if he was eternalized by wax or not. Until today, he has starred in various roles in Hollywood films, such as The Hangover.

Fortunately for the city of Las Vegas, it’s home to two Tyson’s. The real Mike lives in Las Vegas and his new wax figure currently resides at the Venetian Hotel. His wax twin was largely designed after his role in The Hangover where naturally he played himself.
How Great Thou Art, Carrie Underwood
Carrie, the singer, songwriter, and fashion designer, rose to fame after winning the fourth season of American Idols back in 2005. Today, she is somewhat internationally known for serenading us with her country music and country-rock.

The perfectly fit Carrie Underwood looks even more toned in her wax body, which was revealed in New York City a few years back. She attended the affair and compared smiles with her waxy self (Oh, and she’s on the right if you weren’t able to tell).
The Name’s Hamm, Jon Hamm
Actor and producer, Jon Hamm is most famous for his role in the AMC series Mad Men. He played the lead protagonist Don Draper, an advertising executive in the 1960s. His character is hypocritical and egocentric, but not without endearing traits as well.

Obviously Jon didn’t have to spend too long in the makeup chair when he was shooting for Mad Men. He looks positively identical to his swinging sixties counterpart, pictured in 2014 attending his wax figure unveiling. And almost unbelievably, he didn’t dress the same on purpose! He admitted “It’s kind of crazy how kind of identical we decided to dress. I’m referring to him as a human being as if he dressed himself.”
Dannii Minogue Was in for a Shock
Australian-born Dannii Minogue has done it all. Singing, songwriting, acting, modeling, and more recently enjoying her status as a television personality, she’s recognized for a whole lot more than just being pop star Kylie Minogue’s little sister. She is a real-life jack-of-all-trades.

But she was finally stopped in her tracks when she attended the unveiling of waxwork at Madame Tussauds Australia. Artists and sculptors spent a total of 800 hours perfecting the figure, and it totally paid off. “I’m astonished by the accuracy, fine detail and remarkable likeness,” she admitted at the viewing.
Sam Smith Can’t Get Enough of Himself
English singer and songwriter Sam Smith is only 28 years old and already has four Grammy Awards, three Billboard Music Award, a Golden Globe, and an Academy Award to their name. When he collaborated to create the theme song for the James Bond film Spectre, he sealed his reputation as one of the top music artists.

Smith got up close and personal to his finished waxwork in August 2015 at Madame Tussauds San Francisco. While he didn’t give us a description of what exactly he tasted like, he did say that seeing it in person was “possibly the most surrealist experience of my life.” He also claimed that the process was “fascinating,” and invited his fans to come along and “squeeze my wax bum!”
Katy Perry Gets Waxed in Vegas
Singer and songwriter Katy Perry was the gospel-singing teenager from Santa Barbara turned provocative pop star worth millions of dollars. She’s been in the public eye a lot lately due to her engagement to actor Orlando Bloom, and her first pregnancy with their child.

Katy attended the grand unveiling of her very own waxwork in 2013 at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. And in keeping with the glitz and glam associated with Las Vegas, her wax figure was dressed for the stage in a racy silver two-piece and bright blue hair. Striking the same pose as the statue, we can see that she’s slightly taller than her counterpart, but still incredibly alike.
Delta Goodrem Is Dealt a Good Hand
Aussie singer, actress, and television personality Delta Goodrem is one of the best-selling music artists in Australia, achieving a total of nine number-one singles and selling over eight million albums around the world. More recently, she’s been serving as a coach on The Voice Australia for the past few years.

Pictured in April 2012, Delta posed alongside her wax statue at Madame Tussauds Sydney, to celebrate the opening of the museum. When confronted with her body double, she said “Wow. I simply can’t describe how surreal this experience is. I’m astounded by the likeness… everything down to the color of my eyes, the shape of my teeth and the positioning of my hair.”
They Managed to Nail Megan Gale
Aussie model and actress Megan Gale first gained recognition when she was 18, after coming out on top in a modeling competition. She’s big in Italy as well as her native Australia, having popped up Italian films and TV shows. You might recognize her for playing Valkyrie in 2015s Mad Max: Fury Road.

Gale turned up to Madame Tussauds Sydney in 2017 to see what had become of the waxwork she posed for months ago. She also let us in to some of what goes into the process: “Over 250 measurements of every bit of me, basically, from top to toe. You have to hold the pose for most of the time as well.” It took four months to create the sculpture, during which “every hair is inserted individually.” Talk about patience!
Did They Capture Justin Bieber Well?
Canadian pop star Justin Bieber was thrust into the public eye at the age of 13 when he was scouted by a record company. He became an instant teen-idol and is now one of the most-marketable and top-selling pop stars in the world. Lately, he’s been enjoying married life with his wife, model Hailey Bieber.

Pictured at Madame Tussauds London in 2011, a then-17-year-old Justin was happy to strike a pose with his doppelganger. The wax figure captured Justin’s trademark sweeping hairstyle which he had only recently chopped off. While there was a strong resemblance, even Justin admitted that it wasn’t a perfect match. “I’m taller,” he admitted, explaining “but this was a point in time.”
Incarnated Angel Adriana Lima
Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima was one of the most famous Victoria Secret angels, representing the brand for the better part of a decade. She’s the longest-running model for the lingerie brand, serving them from 1999 to 2018. She’s also frequently ranked as the second highest-earning model in the world.

The famous supermodel celebrated the unveiling of her waxwork in 2015 when she attended Madame Tussauds, New York. It was quite a milestone, as it was the second-ever Brazilian figure to feature in the NYC location. She was so impressed with the final product, she could barely take her eyes off of it. “Everyone was asking me to stand next to her and pose, but all I wanted to do was stand face-to-face to look at all of the details,” she admitted.
As High Maintenance as Kylie Jenner
Model, TV personality, and makeup mogul Kylie Jenner is the youngest star of the E! reality TV series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She’s only 22 years old and already successfully runs her own cosmetics line. In 2019, she was estimated to be worth $1 billion, making her the single youngest billionaire in the world.

She went to visit Madame Tussauds Hollywood in 2017, fooling her family members during a video call with the waxwork. But not only is the real Kylie a high-maintenance lady – so is her wax figure. It wears Kylie’s very own jewel-encrusted Balmain dress and features her perfectly styled long bob that she wears from time to time.
The One of Many, Jackie Chan’s
Luck for all his fans, the charming and gravity-defying martial arts man, Jackie Chan, has been eternalized by wax. Now no one can ever forget the comical crime fighter we all love to watch. Mr. Chan’s wax figure is probably one of the best pieces we’ve seen yet.

The Rush Hour actor Chan Kong-sang, widely known as Jackie, was nominated for being the amazing actor that he is. And for Madame Tussauds to show how much they appreciate his work, they made him a few wax figures and placed them all over the city.
We’re Seeing Double of Kajal Aggarwal
Indian movie actress and model Kajal Aggarwal is one of the biggest names in bollywood, having starred as the lead actress in several film productions. She’s been nominated for a number of Best Actress awards, and recently achieved a first when Madame Tussauds made her out of wax in 2020.

Kajal is now the first actress from South Indian cinema to feature at the museum, and the resemblance is just plain scary. The actress admitted: “They have made a statue I am really proud of. The technicians are wonderful, the number of hours, the labour they put in is just amazing.” We can’t argue with you there.
Rachael Ray’s New Stand-In
Chef, author, and television personality Rachel Ray is famous for appearing on several shows as a celebrity chef. Known for her “30-minute meals” concept, she was frequently appearing on the Food Network, starring in her own daily talk show or weekly competitions.

Back in February 2007, she came across someone she wasn’t able to feed. Her waxwork was rendered to be displayed at the New York City location of Madame Tussauds, but not without approval from the head chef. We think it’s just amazing how accurately they captured Rachel’s happy expression.
Eva Longoria’s Clone Counterpart
Actress, producer, and businesswoman Eva Longoria is one of the prettiest people in Hollywood, so it’s no surprise she’s gone on to achieve huge success in her acting career. She’s most famous for her portrayal of Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives and Isabella Brana on The Young and the Restless.

Eva was smiling from ear to ear at the unveiling of her waxwork for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. Pictured in 2010 at the infamous Eve nightclub, she exclaimed “that’s my butt!” upon seeing the final product, adding that it was a “kinda freaky” experience. The artisans were so accurate that “they even have my crooked teeth!” she told the press.
Pharrell Williams’ Waxwork Is a Dead Ringer
Singer, rapper, and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams is a hugely celebrated music artist who made significant contributions to hip hop and R&B. He’s been on the receiving end of 13 Grammy Awards and has been nominated for two Academy Awards.

The wax version of the superstar (on the right) was unveiled for the first time in front of Pharrell himself back in 2015. Reserved for the New York City location, he admitted to feeling “excited and scared at the same time, if that makes sense,” just before the big reveal. We see why though; we can hardly tell which one is which.
The Dalai Lama Was Having a Whale of a Time
Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama proved to be just as much of a sport as any celebrity when he posed alongside his waxwork in 2013. He is a Nobel Peace Prize recipient who is famous for his humanitarian work and environmental activism. He keeps his followers updated through social media.

And believe it or not, but the Dalai Lama on the right was thrilled to see a waxwork of himself in Sydney, Australia’s Madame Tussauds. Considering the serious and important nature of his work, it’s a treat to see him letting his hair down (figuratively, of course) and have fun posing with his waxwork doppelganger.
Beyonce’s Smiling Through the Pain
Singer, songwriter, and record producer Beyonce Knowles is one of the biggest names in the music industry today. She rose to fame as one member of the late ’90s girl group Destiny’s Child, before moving on to have a hugely successful solo career.

And Beyonce’s gotten pretty good at acting, too. As we can see here, she’s politely smiling for the camera’s in front of her rather weird waxwork. We are all for her sporting her outfit from the “Crazy in Love” music video but why did they position her so awkwardly? Pictured in New York, the statue had been brought to an exclusive event in celebration of Beyonce’s best costumes.
Smosh Smashed It Out of the Park
Youtube stars Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla are better known as Smosh, a comedy duo with a huge online platform. They have over 25 million subscribers and have generated over 9.5 billion views on their videos. And when they posed alongside their brand new waxworks in 2015, they made the history books.

“What an honor it is to be recognized and chosen for Madame Tussauds first YouTube wax figures in their 250-year history,” said the comedy duo in a press release. They certainly have achieved quite a feat considering the plethora of successful Youtube stars that could have been chosen.
Pia Wurtzbach Is Messing With Our Heads
Filipina-German model and beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach is best known for winning the title of Miss Universe 2015. She is one of four Filipinas to have ever been crowned Miss Universe and was close to not having gotten the title at all. TV host Steve Harvey accidentally read out Miss Colombia’s name Ariadna Gutiérrez as the winner that year, before awkwardly coming back on stage to crown the real winner.

Pia made history once more in 2019 when Madame Tussauds Hong Kong honored her with her very own wax figure. She was the first Filipina to be created by the Hong Kong museum, and she gave us quite a show when she went to see it. We honestly can’t tell which is the real Pia, and which is the waxwork. If you’re still in the dark, the real Pia is on the left!
Cristiano Ronaldo Isn’t Fooling Anyone
Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is thought to be one of the best football players of all time. He is currently playing as a forward for the Italian team Juventus and was the most expensive footballer ever transferred when he was bought by Real Madrid in 2009.

If only we could rejoice at Cristiano’s waxwork like we can with so many other celebs. It seems Madame Tussauds missed the mark a bit with his waxwork as it doesn’t look all that realistic. That being said, Cristiano actually loved it so much, he got in touch with the artist and paid him a whopping $31,000 to replicate one for his own personal keeping!
Kim Kardashian’s Pre-Kanye Days
Television personality, socialite, and businesswoman Kim Kardashian is one of the most famous faces on the planet thanks to her family’s reality TV show and Momager Kris. She’s almost always receiving press attention for her family life with rapper Kanye West, or for various dramas taking place with her famous family members.

Pictured at Madame Tussauds New York back in 2010, this photo is a great reminder of how far the reality star has come in ten years. Not only has her personal styled evolved so much, but she’s since been married, divorced, married again and had four children. Luckily, this questionable waxwork will forever capture her pre-kids days.
Justin Timberlake Was a Little Pasty Next to His Waxwork
Singer, actor, and record producer Justin Timberlake has been a musical icon since the 1990s, getting his big break as a member of NSYNC. But from 2008 to 2012, he wanted to focus more on his acting career and starred in films such as The Social Network, Bad Teacher, and Friends with Benefits.

Before his solo career even took off, Timberlake had a waxwork made of him as a member of NSYNC. He attended the unveiling of his statue in New York in December 2002, and we think it’s pretty good. Of course, the real Justin was right in the middle of winter, which explains what happened to his tan.
Snoop Dogg Gives Us Intense Eye Contact
Rapper, singer, actor, and producer Snoop Dogg rose to fame in 1992 after he was discovered by rapping legend Dr. Dre. He became one of the top American music artists of the decade, releasing several solo albums. To date, he has put out a total of 17 solo records.

In 2009, he paid Las Vegas a visit and dropped in on his freshly made wax figure at the local Madame Tussauds. We’ve got to admit, they did a pretty good job. If the real Snoop (left) wasn’t starring down at us through the lens, we might not be able to tell him apart from his doppelganger.
Kris Jenner Gets Herself a Replacement Momager
Television personality and “momager” to the Kardashian clan, Kris Jenner has carved several successful careers out for not only herself but her children as well. She has six kids in total; four from her first marriage to Robert Kardashian, and two daughters from her marriage to (now) Caitlyn Jenner.

Take a look at the savvy manager (center) alongside her very own waxwork, and that of her daughter Kourtney. At the time, she tweeted out “How amazing is this!?” but little did she know things were going to get even weirder. Her youngest daughter Kylie eventually got her hands on the wax figure of Kris, and now keeps it in her home. Kylie told her fans ‘She’s mine now. I don’t wanna get any texts or phone calls from my sisters after this. She’s mine. Thanks, Mom,”
George Lopez and His Waxwork Say Cheese!
Comedian and actor George Lopez is a prominent member of the Latino community who has received several honors and awards for his contribution. He has his own sitcom, simply titled George Lopez, which fictionalizes himself and his family life.

Back in 2010, he visited Madame Tussauds’ Hollywood location to check out his likeness in wax. We honestly don’t think the wax workers could have made it any more realistic if they tried. From the hair to the teeth to the smile, it’s certainly fooling us. FYI, the real George is on the left.
Fergie Duhamel – Aka: Fergalicious
“We flying the first class, up in the sky, poppin’ champagne, livin’ my life in the fast lane…” Now that we got the song stuck in your head, let’s get down to details. Fergie, the singer, and songwriter is widely famous for singing in the group The Black Eyed Peas.

Stacy Ann Ferguson, aka Fergalicious, visited Madame Tussauds Las Vegas for the unveiling of a drop-dead-gorgeous wax doll. When the bombshell saw her wax figure for the first time, she was both astounded and honored. Fergie said, “It’s amazing, and It’s a personal dream come true. I’ve always wanted a wax figure of my own.”
