Before these celebrities made it big, they were average Joes leading unfabulous lives. They made their money in ways that you’d never expect would lead to a walk down the red carpet. It’s comforting to know the A-listers lived a normal life like the rest of us. What these celebrities did for cash truly gives them the right to chant “started from the bottom now we here.”
When we see famous celebrities making their way down the red carpet we think “wow they are just so special.” Their designer dresses, shoes, and clutches make us forget that they are humans too. It’s even harder to realize that they’re just like us on some level when you see that every imperfection is shaved down to a symmetrical form after they’ve had some surgeries.
They roll up in the most expensive cars and live in houses that are about 10 times the size of the average home. Vacations go anywhere from private islands to the best views a person can see and yet for some reason we have to believe that they are human like us. Sure they have eyes, ears, a nose, a mouth and all that jazz but there’s something special about them that makes one think that celebrities were just born shining stars.
However, realizing that celebrities are humans too becomes a lot easier once you see where they started off working. All of these big-time celebrities we are about to show you started way way-way down at the bottom to get where they are now. One of them even worked on a Christmas tree farm as a bug swatter and now she’s a huge star.
So if you thought it’s not worth it to try to be famous.. you were wrong which means its time to get off the couch and get to work! No more blaming your life’s destiny based off of situational factors because once you see that surprising jobs these A-listers started off with, you’ll have no excuse.

Madonna earned her first bucks by serving pastries at Dunkin’ Donuts in New York’s Times Square. But apparently, the Material Girl didn’t last too long. “I was sacked for squirting the donut jelly all over the customers,” she’s said.
